Small Group Training and 1-on-1 Coaching
Our personal training options provide the quickest, and most effective route to achieving your goals. You’ll receive your own coach, a program built specifically for you, and receive all the accountability and support you need!
CrossFit Group Fitness Classes
Our strength and conditioning classes are fun, engaging, and designed to help you succeed in the type of activities you do every day. When you walk into class, your coach will give you your program for the day and you’ll be taught how to do each movement safely and effectively.
Advanced Equipment
Our fitness studio is equipped with top of the line barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and specialty lifting equipment. We also have dozens of bikes, rowing machines, plyo-boxes and a running train behind our facility.
Premium Amenities
Our facility is 6,000 square feet and with classes capped at 15 people, you’ll always have plenty of space to workout. Our 20 foot high ceiling allows us to climb ropes, and practice with gymnastic rings and we have a lounge in the lobby for you to relax in before and after the classes.
