We have a wide variety of fitness levels in our classes and personal training. The coaches will help design the workout to be challenging and also leaving you feeling accomplished.
Good question. We offer 1 on 1 personal training, group classes and nutrition coaching. The cost would depend on what options are best for you. Many of our group class members are paying somewhere between $150-$250 a month. Our personal training clients are paying between $50-$100 per session.
We’re located on Route 1, ten minutes north of Princeton. Our address is 4260, US Highway 1, suite 6, Monmouth Junction, NJ, 08852.
We offer personal training in 1-on-1 and small group formats. We also offer group classes that help build your strength, cardio, and flexibility.
We can’t help you as best we can if we don’t know you. The Free Consultation is how each new potential membership starts. You’ll meet with a coach to discuss your health and fitness goals, your concerns and to answer any questions you may have. If needed, we’ll also conduct a brief movement screen. If we’re a good fit, we’ll discuss our membership options to help you. This meeting is usually 20-30 minutes.
Our classes are all run by expert coaches and only allow a small number of people in each class. We offer a combination of strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximize strength building and fat loss. If you have specific goals, we can program for exactly what you need in our personal training sessions.

We do not have dedicated childcare, however well behaved, age appropriate children are permitted to stay in the lobby while their parent is working out.
We do not have showers, however we do have a locker room.
